June is going to kill me mourn aka:
Watson and the dove, their passionate affair.

Watson liked meat. It was only normal, after all. She was a bird of prey, bred for the kill. Her young master would often take her hunting with friends and relatives, shooting rabbits, pheasants and other delicious things. That said, Watson would have to admit that her favourite meat of them all was white. White as a Dove's breast.

And when Watson really wanted something, nothing was going to stop her.

"Watson! WATSON! Stop that immediately! Damn it. I don't understand..."

"Hakuba! If ever that -overblown chicken- of yours has done -anything- to my prize dove...!"

"I'm afraid it's too late for that, Kuroba-kun."

Not even her master.

Everytime he lays his eyes on the pure, white pair of wings of the elusive creature as it lands on yet another skyscraper rooftop, he is consumed by a ferocious desire to catch him, to reign over him and feel his rival's adrenaline-pumped pulses under his very skin. He knows the white adventurer harbors the same feeling as his, the same hunger and longing for an intimate yet forbidden touch. But he's never close enough to reach him. Until tonight....

"Watsooon! Oh, here you are...wait, why are you staring at KID's dove like that.?......don't tell me the jewel is inside its belly."

...but as always, his master interfered again. Oh well, maybe another day.




the overblown chicken part made me laugh. XD hakuba would feel so insulted!

It's just conjecture on my part as to Watson's breed and gender is based on colouring and size. ~_^ So there is no wrong answer.

Oh, gods... *intersects with a TGA plunnie*

"'Guru! Ya gotta check this out!" Kaito yelled from the top floor of the Red House, pulling Saguru away from his books.

"Good or bad?" Saguru shouted back, rising from his chair on the bottom floor.

"Good."

"Okay." Good news was always welcome. He started up the stairs and was pleasantly grateful when he got to the second story with the proper amount of stairs this time. Kaito was waiting for him next to the entrance to the tower, a wide grin on his face as he beckoned Saguru to follow him.

Saguru did. He always did, it seemed. They wound their way up the circular staircase that led to their upper most level.

"I don't think that's Watson." Kaito gave him a rueful crooked grin as he pointed to something just outside the window. "But it looks like we've gained a hawk."

Saguru blinked, then looked at where his partner was pointing. A Sparrow-hawk had apparently made itself a new home on their tower and was settling in comfortably. The few doves that seemed to follow Kaito around everywhere watched it warily, but no more than they would any strange bird.

"Kaito?" Saguru commented after watching the birds for a minute or two.

"Yeah?"

"Is it just me, or is the hawk courting one of your birds?"

The grin faded from Kaito's face as they watched the hawk pounce on one of the doves, pinning it below it's larger bulk and began thrusting, both birds making happy mating sounds.

"Oh, dear." Kaito breathed.

Saguru shook his head and began heading for the stairs, letting the birds rut without an audiance. "I do -not- want to know what the children would look like."

And there would be children wouldn't there? I'm sure the red house would be over joyed to oblige in breaking Saguru's brains.

And re conjecture: Fair enough, but you went to try and figure it out, and it's too awesome a fact to let up. XD Though yeah, for the purposes of the plunny... *snickers*
