I haven't had flammekuche in forever and a half. Love the stuff but can't find it/cook it myself it seems.

It's a seasonal job (May(?) to October) in a small shop in the local winter gardens (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duthie_Park). Basically 37 hours a week (including Week Ends) of selling souvenirs and serving customers.
