a hot water bottle and painkillers aren't enough for me... I also need a sick bag or two for very bad ones... plus the painkillers hardly work anymore... Keep meaning to but haven't got around to it yet. Doesn't help that I've lost the number to my new local GP's. (Though it's not that far on foot, just need to show up during open hours I guess, probably the week after next, on my day off work then.)
Part of me tends to freak that "it's not normal, there's gotta be something wrong with me" and then the other part goes "... but no periods to worry about is awesome! D:"
