JAN - Youp! Je viens d'aller en ville pour voir le film "Happy Feet"!
Euuh j'oublie son titre français, mais bon, si je dis le film avec des manchots qui dansent, ça devrait vous dire quelque chose au moins?

MAR - Pfiiuuut... Sheesh what a busy week. Even when I take time out to try and chill out and get some other things done it just... Slips away so fast!

Am still being topped by essay (I can't believe it's still not finished) but in the rare moments where I was weak enough to allow myself a break in the form of "Web Surfing" I've come across some interesting debate.

DEC - In case you don't know already (which would be hard since they emailed and message centred it, as well as got wank) LJ is being taken over by Russia! a russian based company who's going to create a US based company for LJ purposes.

The rules are easy, just post 10 things that recently made you happy! Then tag 10 people and force them to post this meme on their LJs. Because it is good. Everyone needs a little happiness once in a while.

01 - My parents' house is built on a slope, so the back garden is fairly elevated. In the back of this garden are two cherry trees, both wonderful to climb. I've spent some afternoons of my youth sitting in the one closest to the drive, either eating cherries when in season or watching the drive in the hope a parent would be home with a key to the front door, having forgotten my own. My favourite of these two trees though, is the other one. It's easier to climb, has less leaves in way of the view, which, in passing, is a wonderful view of the immediate neighbourhood and the parc/woods across the street, that or the night sky when fancy takes, and it has lent itself to having a log tied somewhat to it's split bough, giving me an extra ladder rung, a seat to perch on, and something to stand on if I want to climb any higher. It's my favourite refuge, and, although I had not planned to go there this holiday, it's still awesome and reassuring to find it there to help me calm down whenever I feel frustrated and confused. ♥
02 - The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass on the Nintendo DS is quirky and fun. 8D And also addictive. Love the quirkyness. Wish it were a bit more of a challenge at times though.
03 - Detective Conan Live Action 2: "Kudo Shinichi's revival - The confrontation with the Black Organization" rocks my little fangirl socks. 8D Expect a fangirling post-orgy when I'm not dodging homework/chores. ^^p
04 - Being with Family for Christmas and New Year is great. :) Why wouldn't it be? 8D
05 - Even if my laptop can't connect to the internet here, even if it's a slow old thing that can't handle PDF files, at least it isn't falling apart like my sister's Laptop... That and she lets me use hers to go online. Both way joys. X3
06 - This dissertation that seems to terrify me for no logical reason? It's the last of last. After it no more da*g essays. YEAY! \o/
07 - I'm going to see Claude on Saturday. *shot*
08 - The firemen's strike in the airports that was putting some doubt on my return trip to Aberdeen/Scotland? Cancelled! Normally should be an okay journey. 8D
09 - I GOT MY DA*G BAG BACK IN TIME TO GIVE FAMILY PRESENTS ON BOXING DAY. 8D
10 - Mikey the dog is snoring, so cute... ♥

Having a tree to climb must be fun. :D *says somebody who has never climbed trees in her childhood, sigh. And I'd like to see the snoring dog. :X

(Never ever tried to climb a tree? My dad would go as far to build a tree house once to get us trying. XD; )

I never had a tree to climb at home. The only trees I had in my neighbourhood were trees you couldn't blimb at all (too small).
