1. What is your favorite DC case?
Tough biscuit question. I used to say straight out the Haido City Hotel case, but there have been so many other fascinating cases since.

I guess I'll go with the toilet at Atsushi Miyano's old place case. Because sisterhood and messages from moms rock. ♥ Also it was in the middle of a very Ai-centric arc and I enjoyed it greatly.

Following closely are cases with Eisuke too. Because he makes me squee. XcD;
So erm yeah, in normal cases I'd say my utmost favourite would be the case book 15/16 with Heiji and the bandaged face guy. It just touched me. And is one of the rare cases where Heiji doesn't bug me or give me "serial killer case" vibes.

2. What do you like best about Paris?
The Metro. It's simple to use, gets you most anywhere in the city, and, even if it can get really crowded and stuffy and sometimes has drunks or people coming in the cabins to play oft bad music to beg for money, it does the job. And I find my way around it easy enough too. ^__^

Also, lots of shops and museums to visit. And it's not far from mom or dad and home.

3. Where is one place you really want to visit but have not yet done so?
Hummm... Japan might be nice to visit but I'm not really that fussed.
I've been to Africa, Europe, America and Oceania before, so I guess I'd really like to visit some place interesting in asia. ^o^

Also, I should try and go see Loch Ness, just so I can say I've seen it. Ireland might be interesting too... And I really would like to visit New Zealand again one day. And Germany.

Ah, the world is such a big place, there's so much to see! So yeah, I'll wait and see.

4. Why is it "Dagron"?
Dagger + Dragon = Dagron.

When I was fourteen or something I came up with that equation and named one of the characters in my imaginary worlds like that. (Tallish elf-like person with green hair and weird clothes. Still have the drawing somewhere back home.) The character never amounted to much story wise anyway. I just thought the name was cool, so when Dad asked me what nickname I wanted for my email address, I said that. The Rat addition was because he thought Dagron would already be taken (which it wasn't I later discovered, but it has been on other places.) Why "Rat"? Because he used to call me Ratbag when little, and I played the Rat in a play of "Toad Hall."

Also I sometimes use the name "Norgad" when playing games like Zelda because it's Dagron spelt backwards. :D

5. When are you going to update LAG?
Uhm. *Shifty eyed look goes here.*

Of late I've been working on my PGSM fic, on that ficswap I owe alchemy101 at mc1t, and on a sequel to a fic a friend wrote (which I started for her birthday.) My french contacts have been bugging me to update Nuit D'étoiles (which takes a lot of energy) and I am crying inside because I haven't touched Lion's Rupee in Years. Shuffle Romance is also up there on my priority french fic list.

So humm... I guess I'll be working on Like A Gun once I finish that ficswap of doom? Yeah... Might be another month or so. ^^;

Nah, I don't use it a lot. I just have about 3 or 4 icons of this character--two of which look rather similar. XD;;;

Awwww... I like the sleeping!Roy icon, too~ ♥ (Why thank you kindly~ *is an icon whore and therefore only has pretty icons, yush*)

1. Hm... tough choice. I think the moon dropping was the best thing ever, to be honest. XDD The anticipation for what would happen ("THREE DAYS LEFT") and then it turned out to be... that. XDD With The Face! XDDD!

2. I can really appreciate a good night's sleep. It's a wonderful thing to feel rested and not have to struggle to get yourself awake so you have to deal with all the things going on in the day--however, sometimes I have the feeling that I function a lot better when I don't get so much sleep. I.e. sometimes I withhold a lot of things whenever I'm awake, I judge myself more harshly whenever I do something, and I think entirely too much when I've had a good night of sleep. On the other hand, when I lack sleep, I feel less like I should hold back and more... eh... outgoing. Not only that, but I don't judge myself too harshly and actually feel calm and less willing to drag myself into the gutter. Now, this isn't going into the whole deal where I get depressed when I get tired but I force myself to stay awake. Totally different circumstances. So... uh... yeah. |D

3. That is Gamma! Gamma is from the manga Zombie Powder which was actually the mangaka of Bleach's first manga which was canceled due to the mangaka becoming bored with it and therefore starting Bleach. But you know... Zombie Powder rocks so hard, and I love Gamma so... I made about 21 icons of him but only use like... 4. And I have one of Mr. Smith as well (the icon I'm using now). Smith pwns you all.

4. Probably somewhere where I can speak the language--England, Ireland, Spain, or France. Dunno which. It just depends on a lot of factors that I may or may not have control of in the future 8D

5. Hm... 10 reasons. Um... is going to have me reaching for some things but, I guess I could try XD;;;
- 1. I'm tall (and pwn all the short people)
- 2. I have a 3.2 GPA while in the 2nd quarter of my 2nd year of college (wh00twh00t)
- 3. I write stories (?)
- 4. I sometimes inspire others with ideas (dunno if this can be a good thing or a bad thing in some cases XD;;;)
- 5. I think too much (which leads others to believe that I'm philosophical in nature)
- 6. I can understand more than a bit of French and Spanish and can understand maybe a very very tiny amount of Japanese (yosh! *rolls up sleeves* Next is Arabic, German, and Russian... and after that--the classics! Latin, Greek, Gaelic~)
- 7. I'm an extremist in emotions and a moderate in politics (ftw. you don't often see these sort of things, really--actually, I have no idea how this makes me rock XD;;)
- 8. I love to learn (which makes everyone feel special because they always have something new to teach me and I never give the impression of being narrow-minded (I hope?))
- 9. I love to teach lessons from my life (which probably makes people feel like they can be open with me about theirs... eh... I have no idea)
- 10. I rock because I'm Jeva (... this doesn't need an explanation)

I guess I see what you're saying in 2. ^^; Sometimes I feel similarly, but I know for fact I do bigger mistakes when I am tired, so my dream is to get a good sleeping pattern and stick to it. That said I love reading late at night waaaay too much.

*Guess who's currently bored and mad at FF.net for not allowing to update her french drabbles story with some oldies?* ♥

Sisterhood.

Akemi sat still, leaning against her boyfriend, her rock. She couldn't allow herself such luxury often, so she closed her eyes and gently stroked what strands she could reach of his long soft hair. He didn't say a word. She didn't need to open her eyes to imagine him staring into nothing, with a small tweak of bliss barely noticeable at the corner of his mouth. He too hid his true feelings way too often.

She sighed. Until recently she would never have imagined allowing herself to be so relaxed, so open with anyone but her sister. And still she kept secrets to herself... Secrets about what she knew, hidden in depths that others would not search for, let alone dredge through. Maybe that's what she liked most about Moroboshi Dai. She could tell he wasn't afraid of the dark, afraid to look at the truth, nor to go hunting for it. And what was more, she felt as if she could trust him, that he would willingly protect her.

With her sister, Shiho, she could be as relaxed as ever, but it wasn't because she wanted her sister to find out what it was she was hiding, no. They weren't sisters for nothing. Both tried hard to hide things about themselves from others. What Shiho did not know was that Akemi had seven years more practice than her. Shiho might be good at hiding what it was she was hiding, but she had yet to learn how to hide that she was hiding something.

And here was Akemi's dilemma. As much as she would be prepared, for best and for worse, to entrust her life within Dai's hands, she wasn't ready to hand over her sister's life. Dai was her rock. She was her sister's. She tried not to think about what could happen if things went wrong. What those people could do to Shiho, what lengths those same people could be ready to go to just to hurt Dai... Yet she knew that if she didn't do anything, the time would come when she would have to say goodbye to one or the other. Inevitably, she thought about it.
A lone tear slid down her cheek.

"Akemi?"
She smiled. How similar this situation, she thought, to that she had often found herself in as a child. All those times her young sibling would inadvertently remind her elder sibling of the parents she couldn't remember, bringing forth the grief Akemi tried hard to repress. She hadn't wanted to worry Shiho, and she didn't want Dai to worry for her more than he did already.

"I'm fine," she lied. She didn't even try to wipe away her tear, letting Dai do it for her. "Say, Dai-kun?"
"Hm?"
"Do you have any siblings?"

Le happy end... Après moults rebondissements, infiltrations de Conan, Ran et son père qui apprenent la vérité, etc... Conan finit par retrouver sa taille normal après qu'on ait appris la vérité sur tout. Vermouth se sacrifie pour Conan pour x raisons. Puis happy-end. Et à la fin, on voit l'enfant de Ran et Shinichi qui joue à un concours d'énigme avec celui d'Heiji et Kazuha.

XD I'll answer the questions here, this time, but then post them in my LJ entry too.

1. Okay, what do you think would be Gin's favorite movie of all times? Hmmm. XD Dunno.... Maybe something like Collateral all about an assassin.

2. You have a Sailormoon fic? WHERE? XcD *curiouuuus* It's on FF.net, called Back From the Grave, but I really wouldn't recommend reading it until I've finished the overhaul of the first three chapters. ^^; The FF.net version looks awful right now. And I'm still debating with myself over questions involving names and of how much I should mix manga and anime events. I want Kunzite/Minako in the fic, and animewise, it could be a problem, with Zoicite.... Though, if they got into a relationship before Zoicite comes back from the dead, hmmm.... And also, I just can't think of anime Zoicite as anything but a girl. XD; **dub influence.**

3. Have you traveled? If so where, and did you like traveling? :c) I haven't traveled much, only to the next state. XD I liked it, but enough was soon enough and I wanted to come home. ^^

4. What do you think would make Gin cut his hair of his own will? Only if he would die if he didn't. XD Like if it was caught and tangled badly in some machine or something. Gin loves his long hair and seems to keep it in very good condition. ^^

5. What was the weirdest dream you ever had? Oooh, I have weird dreams all the time. XD But I'll say freely that my weirdest ones usually involve a combo of these themes: 1. Adventures in a house, that's either supposed to represent a current or past one, or a different house entirely. 2. Going visiting to other people's houses. 3. Wandering around town to lots of odd places and sometimes getting lost. 4. Being in some building, and teasing people by running all over and trying to avoid capture. Today I had a combo of 1 and 3. Usually the house dreams involve otherworldly beings, as well as exploring all over and finding rooms I didn't know existed.

I've heard that there's hints of Zoicite/Minako in PGSM. XD Interesting.
