As far as I know he's given up on reading DC. He's aware of the new character because I mentioned it to him on MSN, where he's on very often. And probably because he's also on Beika Street alot. Edit: that said, he's not interested in reading until there's a great big twist it seems.
New Character: Sera - a teenage detective very alike to Shinichi and kinda mysterious. Rumour/spoiler seems to say that a)this character lived in the US for/ago 3 years; and b)Conan thinks he's seen 'em before.
