3. If anyone clicks the cut, they are to comment and admit to doing so.

Pretty much a trust thing this chain thingy though O.o
Do I trust thee to tell the truth or do I trust thee to not spread this thing? Or even, heaven forbid, to not click it? Hummm... I don't think I'll bother deciding which is best :cp
