well telling ran the truth? no way. he might consider it but I doubt very seriously he'd do so.

if it came across the screen "shinichi kudo is dead" then he might tell ran... just because iunno if he could deal with the guilt of upseting ran so much.

Not sure how he'd react. Probably have a panic attack but I mean- that wouldn't nessarily mean that they are pointing to the fact that he is shinichi.

What definately would cause conan a heart attack would have to be if the screen said, 'where the detective is now: shinichi kudo's secret whereabouts.' yup that might definately induce a heart attack.
