Posted the MK/BSSM crossover at manycases1truth early this morning Last night. Will probably post to ff-net in a couple of days (under DC, I think.) Am posting some DC-BSSM related doodles here now. 8cD - the one to the left. Bc3 - craptastic Sailor Moon with Minnie Mouse Mask. - Don't ask, don't look. Is very brainbreaky. >_o Sibling's fault. - And something DC non Sailor Moon... Bottles. Have also started fiddling with my memories. Humm.

Must admit I so totally don't get Canon Mamoru.
He studies medicine & computer science. I have to ask WHY?
I thought he'd be doing Geology since he was so obsessed with stones. I don't see what he wants to do with medicine and computer science!
And me scary thoughts recall that that's what Ami's studying too. Eep?

Hmm, am I the only one who things that Mamoru and Ami would have made a great couple? They seem to like each other pretty much, too (in the anime version).

I can understand that he wants to study medicine, being an orphan whose parents died when he was very young etc... But computer science... I told you he was Ami-chan's alter ego!

You know, if I could actually understand Mamoru's character better, I'd probably agree. And you're making me want to write Ami-Mamoru romance, whyyy? I've got too many plunnies already Dc:

Hmm, Mamoru is not very talkative in the anime. I often pity him, because his talkative Tuxedo-Mask-babbling in the anime destroys his (sympathetic) character. He seems thoughtful and melancholic in the anime, and serious, too. But I doubt that he is unhappy because of his parents' death because he can't remember them, anyway. (-> He lost his memory during the accident.) Being the serious, responsible guy he is, it just looks like him to study medicine to help others (or other people's parents XD).

However, (also in the anime!) one always gets the feeling that he doesn't love Usagi although he thinks that she is cute. It always seems that Usagi is in love with him and that he just pities her and stays with her because he is a loyal and protective guy.

And I would love to read a Mamoru-Ami-fic. XD I remember having read (very few) fics with them together. And I always liked them in those fics. Ami needs a boyfriend (who is neither Ryu nor Zoisite!).

But Ryu's cool (for what little we see of him) and live action Ami so has Nephrite falling for her. :cD And it is cute how she seems totally oblivious.

I think the only Mamoru pairings I've read so far that aren't Usagi were Mamoru-Rei, which is probably based on the fact that in the anime they do date. 9_9

And what you say about it seeming as if Mamoru doesn't love Usagi is more due to the fact he's such a Ken-doll character then anything I think. He's given such little character development that when he actually does do things "because he loves Usagi" it seems contrived. Dc:
Is such a pity, he could have been made so fascinating.
And I obviously need to rewatch more of the anime.

XD Some childhoods and names I don't mind ... namely my own. **laughs.** I rather like the pasts I invented for them both. I don't ever focus on it much, though. Just a flashback or two, I think.
